Claresta's Profile'

I’m a third-year Electrical Engineering student at McMaster University with experience in embedded systems, circuit design, and programming in C, Python, and MATLAB.

Through coursework and hands-on projects, I have developed firmware for microcontrollers, designed and simulated analog and digital circuits, and used laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters to test and validate system performance.

I am currently seeking a co-op opportunity where I can apply my technical skills, contribute to meaningful engineering projects, and continue learning from experienced professionals.

MSP432E401Y Register Mapping

Ran into timer overflow issues when setting up the 50% duty cycle. Isolated the bug by tracing prescaled clock ticks against register targets in msp432e401y.h, correcting the counter reload logic for smooth LED toggling.

Analog Power Regulation

Faced a high ripple voltage when testing the bridge rectifier and LC filter stages under the 10 mA load. Resized the component values on the bench until the output stabilized to a clean, steady 3 V.
